Friday Food Guide – Quad-berry Smoothie



There is nothing like grabbing a smoothie after training to cement the good work you’ve just put in. It’s also a great way to start the day off, and fills you full of energy! Psst… If you’ve had a few to many the night before, this smoothie will make you feel refreshed!

If you want to take the edge off slightly, then add a couple of tablespoons of honey.

Serves 1-2

  • a handful of raspberries 
  • a handful of blueberries 
  • a handful of blackberries 
  • 100g strawberries 
  • 200g of Yoghurt 
  • Small glass of water (option)
