Cranberry and Cinnamon Flapjacks

Shopping List:

150g butter
150ml maple syrup
125g dried Cranberries
375g porridge oats
Pinch or two of cinnamon

Let’s get cooking!

First pre-heat the oven to 170C.

Place the butter in a medium pan with the maple syrup and gently heat until melted

Stir in the cranberries and add the cinnamon, make sure you stir thoroughly

Tip in the oats and stir well until all the oats have been coated in the buttery mixture

Next up, transfer the mixture into a non-stick tin and level the surface and pop into the oven for 10 mins until the top becomes a light golden brown.

Finally allow to cool for 10 mins before cutting into 12 squares, or less if you are feeling extra naughty!
