Run Training Support

Whether you're looking to run your first marathon or a more experienced runner looking to improve your performance, it's really important that your training is tailored to you as an individual in order to achieve the desired results and help prevent over-training.

John Feeney, a sports scientist from PURE SPORTS PERFORMANCE has linked up with The Run Company to offer us a limited number of training support packages. Using a sub-maximal treadmill test he is able to analyse your body's blood lactate and heart rate response to exercise and then determine your optimal training zones. A follow-up test 8 weeks later will you monitor the effectiveness of your training. Regular advice and support from John in-between each treadmill test will keep you on course to achieve your full potential.
